John Santos with poet Genny Lim and other guests at a benefit house
party for two exciting mural projects that will raise awareness
internationally regarding the situation in Palestine and
relationships of solidarity and the role of culture in resilience and
resistance. The Break the Silence Mural Project will be traveling to
the West Bank town of Birzeit in May to begin painting. They need to
raise funds to cover travel and expenses. In addition to Muralist
Susan Greene speaking about the project and showing pictures, we will
have food, poetry and fabulous music.
